Twelve Bottle Sampler – Three Districts of Single-Vineyard Entrepreneur Cabernets
1) Four 2012 Mt. Veeder Cabernets: Our 2012 Reserve Cabernet Sauvignon comes from the 20 acre Crouse Vineyard in the Mount Veeder Appellation of Napa Valley – one of the Napa Valley’s most unique and compelling appellations. The vines are nearly 30 years old and cared for by sustainable farming done by hand. (48 cases produced)
2) Four 2013 Stagecoach Cabernets: This is a very vibrant wine from an incredibly successful year upon the famed Stagecoach Mountain property, located East of the Silverado Trail. Developed in the early 1990’s by legendary grape grower, Jan Krupp, our hearty cabernet vines are grown at an elevation of 1200+ feet above the Napa Valley floor, in the Atlas Peak district. The difficult, and incredibly rocky and often steep terrain makes for amazingly complex and multidimensional wines known for their sharp sophistication and longevity in the wine cellar. (73 cases produced). This wine received a 94pt rating from Wine Enthusiast magazine.
3) Four 2016 Oakville Cabernets: This beautiful cabernet hails from the north border of Oakville – the dead center geographically of Napa Valley, from a vineyard called “360 Vineyard”. The gravel and loom soil type on the Valley floor here in Oakville creates a terroir that now serves Entrepreneur Wines, sitting right next to prime vines from Chappellet, Sojurn, B Cellars, Frank Family, Silver Oak, Darioush and several other famed wineries. (49 cases produced). This wine received a 94pt rating from Wine Enthusiast magazine.
